I own a peloton and use it 3-4 days a week and eat decently healthy (pasta and sushi are my crutch). I stretch everyday and keep myself flexible with yoga. I do everything I can to keep myself in shape and do total selfcare. Im high maintenance when it comes to working out, self care with skin products and looking my best.
