    Most are individuals competeing against each other and keep each other sad...depressed lonely alone. Many many people are in decent sized familys but feel totally alone.... No one checks on them hugs kissed cuddles.... They dont even like each other even have deep resentment hate. There is the dad mom 3 kids but they are as distant broken and selfish... They have clothes and always wear them to hide and prevent being close. They lock doors from the people they love to make distance for "privacy? We all know what your doing ? why cant i just grab something or say hi ? Or saturday morning please run in here the second you wake up my door will never be locked rarely closed its so they NEVER feel like they cant come get us see us get a cuddle. What we really ever doing that matters ? Everyone acts like affection needs to be hidden. Or should the kids see people and adults in love we dont have s*x in the open... But i have had kids walk in and you know all they see ? You see s*x kids do not. All they see in the parents love and like each other and that for them is peace and security...  see more >>

    I'm not as fit as I would like to be. However, I am fitter than I have every been in my life. I currently go to the gym three times a week for strength training and cycle atleast 10 Kms a day every day. I feel I should do more; but am too lazy to do more.

    I do 20-30 minute HIIT workouts 5-6 times a week then lift 2-3 times a week. Occasionally I detox every other month. I eat mainly vegetables and whole grains. for easy cardio I will bike around different neighborhoods for 2-3 hours depending on the weather.

    Running, swimming, jump rope.. I love to keep fit. Call me a gym bunny! Getting my hair and nails done is a must, and I'm happy to improve on things if it is requested. I love to dress up and have fun.

    Lots of... exercise. God no wonder people don't write stuff here if they make a 200 character minimum. How the hell else do you stay in shape? Intermittant fasting, yoga, diet pills, too many other pills... I just exercise! Then I exercise some more in the bedroom :D

    I exercise, at home, 3 or 4 days a week, I drink a lot of water, I have a healthy diet, I really like vegetables! but I also give myself my tastes on weekends. In addition, I like to take long walks in company and ride a bicycle.

    I have become fitness obsessed during quarantine. I go to the gym 4 times a week and hike regularly. Yoga in the morning to keep me flexible. Hopefully you can keep up with me and I don't wear you down too much.

    I am 5'5, have a thin waist, wide (not too wide) hips and a medium chest, I love my body and work out twice a week. Natural too. i eat healthy as possible, i believe taking care of my body is very important.

    I like to start my morning off with some yoga to put myself in a better and calmer place. Once im up and ready to go, I love taking part in some fasted cardio. In the evenings, I like to hit the weights and get in some HIIT workouts.

    It seemed a lot easier to keep fit when I was working full time, now, not so much, especially living close to town, but I spend most of the time working on cars, finally restoring my 71 Falcon that I paid $2000 for back in the nineties, now worth a fortune.

    Well I am extremely health conscience ... I do NOT smoke, abuse narcotic's or eat junk food ! I do not eat meat, drink soda's or eat fast food. My only vice is pizza .. I drink bottled water and work out . Since the gym's have been closed since March 2020.. I walk and take hike's .. I feel strongly that what you put into your body will come back to haunt you. I stopped eating candy last August 2020. I take daily vitamin's and moisturize my skin daily . I try to avoid the sun .. My favorite oils are Cocoa,Olive and Coconut ..

    I go to the gym 3-5x per week, where I do a combination of cardio and strength training. I also like to go for walks/runs in my neighborhood to enjoy nature, but to mostly increase my physical fitness.

    Tennis 4 to 5 times a week. When I'm not playing tennis I'm walking. Wish I could say I'm at the gym at 6 AM but I did that a long time ago for years and I guess I want to sleep nowadays lol. Oh the good'ol days :-)

    I workout at my local gym. I also do not drink maybe I'll have one glass of wine especially with good food parings but other than that I don't drink. I like to cook my own meals and eat fresh food. I think it is important to stay healthy and feel energized and food and exercise play a huge part in my life.
