I have played softball all year every year since I was eight years old. Now that my softball career is over and I am focusing on school I go to the gym 2-3 days a week to stay in shape! I like to run and walk my dogs on my free time.
I try to workout 5 days a week but that is not always achievable. I stick to a vegan diet and it has helped me a lot in terms of keeping me in shape and healthy. I also try my hardest to stay away from very sugary things but most times I can't help it.
I have an average body type with a little bit of fluff but I do yoga 4 times a week so guess you can say im a little bendy and flexible ;) On my spare time I do like to go hike or backpacking. Anything outdoors!
Its hard to explain it. I don`t know. I guess i have a good biotype. I plan in the next 6 months start some class of jiu jitsu.
I eat relatively healthy, not big fan of fast food... like to walk, I`m not a person that exercise everyday. In general.. I know my limits and needs physically, just try keep healthy without being extreme.
I love Orangetheory fitness. I workout 5 days a week. I prefer a pescatarian diet however I don't like to stick to a label. I drink water all day every single day. I enjoy drinking socially and I have sweet tooth every now and again. But I consistently go to the gym to maintain my body shape.
water and morning runs everyday . I drink 4 bottle of water I try to stay away from anything sweet that ca effect my body golds I wish I had someone to share this with, I also do yoga before I begin my date
I go to the gym 4-5 days per week, I have lost 30 lbs in the last 6 months and feel AMAZING! I like to focus on certain areas of my body like my glutes, and stomach area the most. I usually deadlift, or do things involving other types of weights.

I love to explore and way to keep my body in shape. I love spending time outdoors on walks or hike as well as going to the gym regularly for HIIT classes. I'm also a suck for a yoga, pilates or pole class.
I'm definitely not the skinniest but since the pandemic started, I've been taking walks/hikes every day that are 3+ miles long to start feeling healthier. I haven't been able to do that as much because of the snow recently, but I can't wait to get back to daily walks. I also took up learning how to cook in the last few months because I was basically raised on takeout and mac and cheese, but now I can confidently cook a few pasta dishes lol. I cannot wait for the summer because my favorite activity for exercising is swimming.
Workout daily and good diet. I play a lot with friends and think about life situation to much. Walking and swimming helps the body shape a lot as well. Daily taking of exotic fruits can help the body. Remember Water is life
I'm a yoga teacher and I love doing yoga outside whenever I can. I bring my journal with me when I go to the park to do yoga because I view it as more than just a physical journey. I think it's just as important to nurture the mind as it is to challenge the body.
-trying my best to be fit by doing cardio, sometimes run or indoor exercise,
-diet wise I'm trying to avoid carbs and eat more veggies fruits protein
-more fluid like water and fruit juice
-no drinking occasionally yes, doesn't smoke
I go to the gym for at least an hour every day, and I have started eating healthier in smaller portions. I do also take rest days which I use for personal care and pampering, and that helps both my mental and physical state.
I run, walk, bike, and exercise to keep healthy and fit.
I do like my fries LOL so that's where you come in to remind me to scale back on them LOL! :)
I take care of myself to be and become the best I can be for myself and for my girl.
