    I workout 4-5 times a week. Working out is part of my lifestyle. For me, it's not just about keeping my body healthy and in shape but also about keeping a healthy mind. I also like to do yoga and hike whenever the weather allows.

    Gym 6 days a week. Since COVID I work out at home, gyms are still closed, I've also started going on jogs and hikes. I Love being outdoors. I try to eat health, and one thing I don't eat meat or dairy but I eat seafood!

    I like to go to the gym almost every day. If I can not make it to the gym that day, I like to go rollerblading at the local park to get my cardio in for the day. I also like to eat healthily and make sure I get enough protein in for the day.

    I love to go for runs every morning and I'm super into yoga! One of my favorite pastimes is to go for walks, hiking, and skiing. I used to play field hockey so I am definitely in shape from that still :)

    Gym, cycling (to and from the gym), walking and light swimming. Not quite sure why, but you need a 200 character minimum. I used to play squash, netball, horse riding, ultimate frisbee and that's about it.

    I do an online zumba class in the comfort of my room and some light weight training with the objects in my house (never say I'm not resourceful). Usually between online classes and studying, its a great way for me to take a break form school for a bit.

    I watch what I eat and follow a strict whole foods diet. I enjoy food and I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen. I do low impact workouts such as yoga and pilates to keep my body long, lean and slim and I stretch for at least 1.5 hours a day.

    I keep my body in shape by having a set routine for workouts. I usually workout at the gym, if not I workout at home. I have tried cutting down on alcohol and occasionally having cheat meals. I love fruits and veggies so that helps out a lot!

    rotate between boxing, high intensity interval training, bikram yoga, strength & conditioning, cold showers, saunas if its available, no processed foods, generally eating healthy - lots of vegetables, whole foods

    I grew up playing sports all my life, even got to play soccer in college and still am trying to to look to play overseas currently. I go to the gym almost on a daily basis as well as eating balanced meals throughout the day!

    I love dancing I even teach my own class for my uni team, I dance roughly 3 times a week and its always my favorite time of the day. I also love walking but only for fun, exploring is always exciting and I always look forward to seeing somewhere new.

    Healthy eating and working out. We only have one body so we have to take care of it as best as we can. Self love is very important. I try to stay involved in plenty of out door activities and take my fur b*by on daily walks.
