    I work out almost daily, lifetsyle permitting, and i really really love to eat sweet things so i have to have strict control on what i eat otherwise i'd be rolling myself down the street on my belly not walking aha

    I love going to the Gym, and taking walks in nature. I'm not a gym rat but I love the feeling of just freshly working out my body. Im also kind of a health nut so I like to watch what I eat as well. :)

    I like to get to the gym 4 or 5 times a week and where possible walk everywhere, even to pick up supplies at the supermarket. I like to cook simple healthy meals - a little bit of meat and a lot of veggies. Unfortunately I do like potato chips, chocolate and ice cream more.

    I love to play volleyball or basketball! Beach volleyball is my favorite. I am tall, so I really enjoy both sports. I also try to go to the gym (when they are open) 3-4 times a week. I have recently been working out at home. Message me if you need some workouts you can do from your livingroom!

    Yoga every damn day. Keeps me flexible, in shape, and raises my vibes. My practice I do without a teacher since I like lettings things flow as I go. Hoping warmer weather will take me to yoga on beaches and in forests every weekend.. Let me show you my king pigeon pose ;)

    Short exercise period each morning and that's about it no running have shin splints from military days.But work on sit ups, push ups and weights. Different reps with cardio in mind. Try not to do too much sitting since I retired. Ugh!

    I love to go for walks, no matter if its by the beach, in the neighbourhood or hiking in nature. I also love stretching and am looking at getting into yoga!     Every first week of each month I go in a water fasting process. Water fasting helps me mention my body weight throughout the whole year but I'm also petite. water in general is good for you. it helps clears my skin so that I don't have to use skincare products on my face. I've been doing this for 1yr now so I fast for 2 weeks but I recommend speak with your doctor before you start. once my water fasting process is finished I love getting into my core workouts morning and night but running is my best cardio.

    Yoga, yoga, and more yoga. I enjoy long walks (no really, I do), and anything that gets me outdoors. Casual bike rides and strolling through city streets are ideal, but I get serious with HIIT when I need to.

    I used to play a lot of sports and I try to keep active. Over quarantine I have found a real love for working out - it is a part of my daily routine. and I try to eat plant based and maintain a healthy diet.

    As you can see i'm really small. BUT, I eat good but healthy. I also use the gym in my condos to ride the bike as well as run and walk the treadmill. I partake in syoga, yes that's stoned yoga as a way to relax and keep my flexibility.
