    I'm serious about doing fast walks about six days each week. The scenery is great where I live and the hills are steep, so it's a good workout in a nice environment. My home has three levels so there are a lot of stairs that also contribute to better health. I do push-ups every day as well.

    Biggest contribute is my healthy lifestyle. Good diet consisting of low carbs, low fat, low sodium, with occasional cheat meal. A lot of meal planning. A little boring, but good to control macros. Exercise I do a lot of Cycling, with daily pushups, and sit-ups.

    i always make sure i eat fresh food, drink fresh water Exercise daily for at least an hour. Keep Track of Calories and Food Intake Per Day. Be Sure to Get enough Sleep i starch out every day before workout and i make sure i bath and feel good and relax

    To keep a good shape , I amm going at the gym two hours everyday . I am eating some really good food, no fat and no fast food for me ! I give a lot of my time to keep my self healty . so please do not give me some fries ! ;)

    I like to walk a lot. I also eat fairly healthy, though I'm not picky or restrictive with my diet. I love all kinds of food! I eat in small portions and stop when I'm satisfied, not when I feel stuffed. Honestly, I also was just blessed with a great metabolism due to genetics

    I like to keep in shape by doing yoga twice a day daily. I work at a warehouse doing lots of manual labor four days out of the week. And on my off days, I am sure to go on a walk or jog during my free time.

    I'm strictly vegetarian and very healthily (apart from the occasional halloumi burger...) I run daily and spend a lot of time at the beach. Recently I've gotten into rollerskating for leisure and fitness, which I have really been enjoying.

    I work out a minimum of 4 days a week at home as I have a cute little set up so no need for the gym. I have recently lost over 2 stone and thoroughly enjoy keeping fit and toning up! i enjoy a mixture of cardio and lifting weights.
