I make some excercise every morning - but not if I have some heavy work ahead. (Fixing my house). I did Combat Jujutsu until 2 years ago, but almost broke my neck.
I did swimming, but its really boring & complicated (I dont have an OS-pool)
I also did long-distance running , but that was long time ago. Its winter right now.
The neighbour has ha gym, and i have copies of the keys. But i dont use it.
But I am positive to the idea of "keeping up".
I'm not looking for perfection guys, but I am trying to reduce some fat I have on me by eating all the hi cholesterol and fattening food.(No just kidding:). ALL THAT MATTERS IS WHAT"S INSIDE OF YOU!!!!!!
Honestly, I work out almost every day! Something as simple as walking around the neighborhood after getting home for work. Or something at intense as going out to a kick boxing class either before or after work!
Yoga and weight lifting. I want to do pole dancing and other acrobatic dancing as well. As I was recently in a car accident, I don't like to do anything high impact. I pretty much eat whatever I want, but I mainly stick to Asian food for my diet. It just goes a lot better with what I like. I like a solitary workout as it keeps my mind at ease. If you want to take me to a gym, you can, but yelling at me to motivate me doesn't work. It just annoys the hell out of me.
I love to eat good food and of course a little fun food. I think of you balance out what you eat with a good workout program and stay active you will be great! I believe you need to keep your body in shape along with your mind.
Usual Work out during weekdays and sometimes intense Yoga exercise.
Running and Biking over weekends is a new thing I have discovered during this pandemic and I am quite happy that I am able to continue except for extreme climatic conditions.
Im a regular at the gym. I love lifting weights, eating healthy, and even going to the occasional yoga class.
I first began to find self-discipline when I went into the military. Its important to be fit.
I stick to a clean diet, which includes meal prepping every week. I work out 2-3 times a week. I love going on hikes and enjoying nature. Meditation is part of my daily routine as well. Having your mental in shape is just as important as physical body.
I go to work out a lot, do yoga, the gym and hiking. I enjoy to go for a run, bike and rock climb. I enjoy also going to the pool to do laps then sit in a sauna after and rest. I take care of my body and eat well.
I like to mix things up between weighted exercises, cardio, and yoga! I miss going to the gym for weight training, but I've been doing a lot of resistance training instead. When I have time, I enjoy long hikes for the views, and I would love to have a friend to go horse riding with, as it's great exercise!

I train every day, walk my dog, enjoy other things such as rock climbing, water sports, bike riding, hiking etc. I also train in jujitsu. Try to eat healthy but im a sucker for chocolate and carbs. Drink lots of water!
Although I love to eat, I do low impact activities to keep my body in shape! This mostly includes hiking and yoga; however, I've also been loving at-home kickboxing work outs since the pandemic has started. Oh, and dancing when I'm in that mood ;)
I used to have an Executive membership at Equinox. I love to stay fit and take care of my body. Running on the treadmill, biking, yoga, pilates, dancing, sauna's, spa's, facials, massages, acupuncture, cupping, etc, etc. I also eat very healthy.

I enjoy playing golf on the weekends when I have the chance and during the week I run, cycle or swim before and after work. Occassionally, I will do a triathlon but it has been a while since I did one. Also, I don't mind playing some other sort of sport when I have the chance.
My father has inspired me to work for my body instead of taking diet pills. He's done several Spartan Races, and is quite the strongman of the family. I've learned a lot from him and still use his teachings to this day.
