I have a slim athletic build. I do push-ups and rope pulls every day, and I do hybrid squats every second day. I need to do cardio more consistently, but when I do it, it's normally based around steps and jumps.

i do go to the gym almost everyday, but am a bigger size girl.
love food, very active and in the sports that my son is involved in
working on myself since injury two years ago and trying to gain my confidence and body back
I've always been a fitness nut and typically hit the gym about four to five times a week. I also spend a lot of time on my bicycle(s) and would prefer to be outdoors on a bike rather than any other form of transportation.
I am naturally athletic and love to be fit & feminine. I would love to meet a golfer, and a tennis enthusiast to engage in when the weather permits. I have my own set of golfing equipment. Can you teach me?!!!
To keep in shape, I workout at home or go for runs while listening to music in places that have nice scenery :) I think that a good diet is all about moderation and making sure that it has all the right nutritions that your body needs.
Working out is elemental for me as having a healthy lifestyle that includes my eating habits. My body is a temple and I have to power to keep it healthy or not. I do not introduce any substance that will harm it.
Growing up iv played sports and found myself at the gym after school working out, Iv recently been going to Barre classes. Its amazing workout i think everyone should do. I also like running, hiking, doing yoga and eating healthy to stay in shape.
Yoga! in the past few months I have fallen in love with doing yoga from home. I am really looking forward to studios to reopen so I can get into hot yoga. I find it helps with keeping me zen and it is amazing for toning the body.
Not much of a drinker, used to be but I find I like less more than more, a little fine wine is about it, lots of fruit and veggies and exercise no smoking and a positive outlook. I work to keep both my mind and body in shape they are a team. I reject the temptation to just take it easy. I love the adventure of life and that is why I like younger people, they are not afraid or tired, they want to seize the day!
I do dance workouts, drink lots of water, get plenty of rest, sunshine and fresh air. I also do some yoga/stretching, occasionally some strength training. But, my favorite healthy habit is getting frequent massages!!
I also practice meditation daily to keep my mind healthy!

My biological age is 50 so this is what I'd say to this heading.
Drink alcohol very moderately and stay off the carbs. Ditch the sugar as much as possible. Forget the takeaway fried junk. Its important to build and maintain muscle and metabolism with weight training and regular walking is great for allover health.

I make some excercise every morning - but not if I have some heavy work ahead. (Fixing my house). I did Combat Jujutsu until 2 years ago, but almost broke my neck. Some guy lb 240 rid a roll with me as the outer wheel..... I still tell him that he has to loose weight ( but he is all muscles ) as a joke.
I did swimming, but its really boring & complicated (I dont have an OS-pool)
I also did long-distance running , but that was long time ago. Its winter right now.
The neighbour has ha gym, and i have copies of the keys. But i dont use it.
But I am positive to the idea of "keeping up".
As far as body, it involves walking, stretching, light workouts according to what my body can handle.
As far as sickness, I have not been sick but once in 9 years, when I used to get sick several times a year usually during the winter holidays. Changing my nutrition, exercise, sleeping and other habits has been instrumental in changing that which I did not initially realize I had much more control over. Bottom line: Appropriate Life Style Changes = Much better health overall regardless of what is right or wrong with an individual.
walk and exercise three times a week.
play tennis
swimming
eat a reasonable diet with less carbs and high protein.......................................................................
........................................................................
Tennis 4 to 5 times a week. When I'm not playing tennis I'm walking. Wish I could say I'm at the gym at 6 AM but I did that a long time ago for years and I guess I want to sleep nowadays lol. Oh the good'ol days :-)
