I love to workout and and I cook my own healthy meals. I enjoy swimming and yoga. I go to a yoga class sometimes with friends, and its so relaxing. I also make sure to use healthy moisturizer that's nourishing to my skin.

I don't really do anything, I just like vegertables, rice and fish alot so I eat mostly that. Also, I always walk on foot to wherever I want or need to go so that also yelps me to mantain my wheight despite not exercising.
I have my own gym and I use it. I don't do long workout sessions. 20 focused minutes and different muscle groups. I walk my beautiful pup and and ride bicycles between 5 and 20 miles. I also enjoy hiking and just about anything outdoors. I love concerts but don't know when we'll be able to do that again.
TO be honest with ya completely i kinda just do the basics sit ups and such i have a really fast metabolism so that helps a bunch hehe, I like to keep my body at its peak for my own personal reasons hehe
I work in landscaping for 6 months of the year. This really forces me to work hard and stay fit.
BONUS: I get to work outside in the sun all summer after being trapped behind a desk at school September - April.

For the past couple of years I haven't really done much physically to get into shape. Currently I'm told that I look fine but I'd like to get more healthy, both physically and mentally, and be able to be more confident in my appearance. I'd like to take up a sport as a hobby; I would like to learn Judo or some other martial art, as I find the matches I've watched so far fascinating and would like to learn more about them.

As Clint Eastwood quotes "Don't Let The Old Man in.........................." Surrounding myself with a younger generation naturally keeps me fit. Diet is everything you are what you eat. Walking the dog and lots of s*x burns what's needed.
I move allot.. I have multiple business so i don't think about it.. all i know is i look good. No EGO just what is in my heart.. you decide.. i am older but i still think i am 25..ok fine hot yoga skiing hiking bike riding swimming under water basket weaving helps allot
I like being active daily! I enjoy swimming, hiking, yoga and weight lifting :) I like smoking a join and going for walks outside in nature. Since COVID, I've invested in home workout equipment to keep me busy !!

I'm returning to fitness to get back into shape and aim to do the city to bay again. I have found walking around in Bunnings, or iKea, is a great workout. I recently did over 8kms in Bunnings. I call it: Shop til you Drop! ;P
I love spending my free time at the gym. I go around four to five days a week as a way to relieve stress and keep my body in check. I also enjoy going to run at the park and feeling the breeze on my skin.
I am a ballerina so that just speaks for itself... but I also cross train at the gym almost everyday. I love to work on the elliptical, but I really prefer doing light weight work. My main goal of this year is to be more toned in my musculature.
Staying fit is extremely important to me and one of my main priorities, I used to run track and cross country in middle school and high school, and I am currently still an avid runner and practice yoga regularly

To stay in shape I do yoga, pilates and gym sessions multiple times a week. I also go for long walks (8km+) every day usually with beach views. I enjoy mixing it up and going on bush walks and hikes too.
I go on daily walks, work out every other day and make sure to hit my step count while I am on shift at my two places of employment, I work as a barista and I am finishing up my nursing degree while picking up some shifts at the local hosptial.
