I love the gym! I go four times a week and I love going on runs! I love love love cycling classes (peloton)! I also like to watch what I eat so then I know when I am in a "bulking" phase (toning basically) and when I am in a calorie deficit phase to lose weight in certain areas.
Workout several times a week. Combination running stairs/biking /power walking/bowflex. Eat right,gardening,swimming, racquetball, basketball, play with gradchildren. walk on beaches. Tennis/golf/fishing/cooking

I love exercising in ways that don't feel like exercise. Dancing, hiking with my dog, and yoga are my favorite activities to do and they keep me in shape at the same time:) Even just dancing in my room hahah
My back is killing me are you kidding me!?! LOL!
Sometimes I do a lot of heavy lifting or consistent exercise at work.
Sometimes I sit around waiting for something to happen.
And sometimes I drive heavy machinery.
I used to be fat fat.
No one believes me until I show them photos.
I'm not that person anymore!
I have a gym routine that is typically four days per week. I also really love cooking and trying new healthy meals regularly! I am not crazy strict about food though, I will typically make exceptions for any food I find particularly good.
When the gym is open, I'm there most days for between 1 and 2 hours mostly on dumb bells and machines. I have no problem keeping up with guys 10 to 15 years younger than me. Since I was a couch potato for over 20 years I have some work left to do.

I climb. cut and load trees by hand and walk my dogs at least a quarter of a mile after work 5 days a week. Plus on top of that I go to the gym and lift and I eat all an organic diet with fish fruit and vegetables.

physical daily exercise, although I'm a larger build I exercise morning by power walking 1/2 - 45 minutes again in the evening I lift weights to maintain my strength followed by a small body workout of legs and stomach

Yoga, cycling, resistance training and the gym when it's open! I'm a qualified yoga instructor and studied with teachers in India. I walk my dogs everyday and cycle regularly. Treat my body as a temple.
While I am "full figured" I have curves in all of the right places! I do yoga for flexibility, and I do have a regular gym routine to make sure those curves are exactly where I want them. I also have a fairly high maintenance beauty routine to keep my hair, nails and skin looking their best. I take pride in the way that I look and enjoy being thick.

I eat healthy and train to stay neat and tidy for my potential man. I like to take walks stretch. I train 5 days a week and am active majority of the day. im not exactly where i want to be body wise but its a working progress.
i play sports regularly and have played since i was young. i also go to the gym once or twice a week. i thoroughly enjoy keeping my body looking it's best and i'm trying to tone out now. i love running, swimming, and i'd love to go hiking since i've never been.
