    Yoga, daily running, and kayaking are the main ways I keep in shape. All the outdoors time also helps motivate me to keep a healthier diet especially early in the morning. Keeping up with a mainly healthy blend of yogurt and fruits for anything early in the day.

    I work out regularly, and put in 4 miles 4 or 5 times a week. On vacations, I like to hike, swim, do active things. I try to eat healthy foods (most of the time!!), but I do have a greasy burger sometimes.

    Spend less time in the gym more i what you put into your body. Listen your body when performing any workout. Don't follow everyone strategy,because your body is different . Be kind your body that's all you got.

    I workout for about an hour and a half every single day. I typically do Olympic weightlifting, I run quite often, and I eat well. If you are wondering, my mile time is just over six minutes (6:07), I squat 245, and I deadlift 225; I am very proud of those numbers. My body is 100% natural, and I worked really hard for it. I was a bit of an ugly duckling growing up, so I credit my transformation from wanting to prove people wrong.

    I hike here and there. Coached in Barre for a while (ballet, yoga, pilates, cardio mix) I don't really make to much time for it anymore, but totally down to start again. Not too worried about it right now.

    I spend a fair amount of time outdoors away from people these days. Gyms are a scary place these days so I tend to go climb a mountain or swim my ass off in a lake somewhere. The rest comes from my home workout routine and eating healthy.

    I eat well, (cook a lot) and I sometimes play tennis and golf. Maybe even ride my bike on occasion, too. When I cook, it can be anything from snacking to even cooking gourmet meals, even if I'm just cooking by myself.

    I love food, so I have to keep my body in check and work out. I love my curves, so I do have specific workouts. I do pilates and resistance bands to keep my body in shape. The body is all natural and is truly a gift ;)

    Eat. Good. Food. The proper diet is the key to unlocking success in any sort of work out or exercise routine. Don't do workouts that hurt your body, even if they're not supposed to and there's modifications if it hurts don't do it find something else. Find something that you look forward to find something that gives you that burn afterwards that brings that joy. That post workout happiness.

    While I'm not a gym rat, I enjoy swimming, playing tennis, soccer, as well as hiking. While I'm not afraid to crunch down on a burger, its important to me to stay physically healthy, and is a big part of my life.

    before covid: barry's bootcamp and I love to run when it is not raining, which is not happening often over here lol Alkaline diet (based on acidity of the food), so not a fan of red meat, milk, alcohol etc.

    I workout at least 2 times a week to uphold my figure. I am a little thick,I am not a fit freak and feel very sexy in my skin. I watch what I eat in cycles and indulge when I want to. I don't have a strict diet plan or anything of that nature. I hope that doesn't bother you.

    I enjoy working out in the gym, lifting weights, running hiking and sports. Come join me in a nice Fall hike with a good drink and get to know each other. Fall is my fav season of the year. We are fortunate in ON to see the colours change.
