    Usually I do Pilates, Rock climbing, and Hiking. Now during the wintertime, I occasionally ski, but really I'm just sitting by my fireplace, drinking tea or hot chocolate, watching old movies, and dreaming about the beach.

    I workout 4 days a week at the gym on my campus switching between strength training and cardio. I also take yoga classes and love to dance! And I enjoy going on hikes in my area or when I go traveling.

    I eat well without restrictions but love to keep myself fit by dancing( pole dance and K-Pop dance) and surfing. I also enjoy tennis, swimming, badminton, boxing, skiing and footy. Loves sports. I would enjoy work out at a gym with your support too!

    lifting, yoga, dancing, running, cycling, playing soccer and many more. i love staying active!!! this helps my body a lot because i love food. i dont eat unhealthy but i would never turn down a greasy pizza for the sake of my body, it will still look good ;)

    Grew up as a competitive dancer and trained in acrobatics. Now I am more into training at the gym or at home. I love exercising whether it be through weight training, HIIT or cardio, yoga, or dance. I am always looking for a gym buddy or personal trainer :)

    The gym is my happy place. I prefer lifting weights as opposed to cardio, but I love playing sports to get cardio in. Volleyball, tennis, softball, and basketball are a few of my favorite sports to play recreationally. Yoga is also a great way to get healthy not only in your body, but your mind as well. Oh! And don't forget to stay hydrated!!!

    I love to go on long runs, i'm trying to get back into it but its a little chilly and unfortunately I don't have a treadmill or gym membership. Other then that I love to use workout videos online. I think its really about pushing yourself to go even if you don't want too.

    To keep my body in shape, I love to do a mixture of different workouts! For example, I make it a point to move my body everyday whether that be running, yoga, Pilates, or a mashup of all of them! Working out keeps my head and thoughts clear.

    I exercise regularly, Ive been involved in sports since I was 4 and has been my whole life ever since. Competing internationally is definitely one of the best experiences of my life, although I like to go out and eat good food I try to limit the amount of unhealthy items I eat.

    I play basketball when I have the time! I hate running but force myself to run, do yoga and lift ever day. I like to eat healthy and I love to cook because of that. Stretching and relaxing are the key to success along with getting longggg massages!
