To stay in shape I do yoga, pilates and gym sessions multiple times a week. I also go for long walks (8km+) every day usually with beach views. I enjoy mixing it up and going on bush walks and hikes too.

I don't really do anything, I just like vegertables, rice and fish alot so I eat mostly that. Also, I always walk on foot to wherever I want or need to go so that also yelps me to mantain my wheight despite nit exercisibg.
I go on daily walks, work out every other day and make sure to hit my step count while I am on shift at my two places of employment, I work as a barista and I am finishing up my nursing degree while picking up some shifts at the local hosptial.

I have a slim athletic build. I do push-ups and rope pulls every day, and I do hybrid squats every second day. I need to do cardio more consistently, but when I do it, it's normally based around steps and jumps.
I love taking care of my body! Exercise is important to me. I love going to the gym to do some cardio and light weightlifting. Mostly, I love outdoor cycling, some yoga, or a simple walk around outside.

i do go to the gym almost everyday, but am a bigger size girl.

Beyond jogging, workouts in the home gym, and morning walks, I am currently pursuing my certification in yoga instructing. I am adjusting to a low-carb nutritional regime on days that are active. And in such, implementing strictly fish or poultry only when it comes to consumptions of meat, for myself personally.
I've always been a fitness nut and typically hit the gym about four to five times a week. I also spend a lot of time on my bicycle(s) and would prefer to be outdoors on a bike rather than any other form of transportation.
I am naturally athletic and love to be fit & feminine. I would love to meet a golfer, and a tennis enthusiast to engage in when the weather permits. I have my own set of golfing equipment. Can you teach me?!!!
To keep in shape, I workout at home or go for runs while listening to music in places that have nice scenery :) I think that a good diet is all about moderation and making sure that it has all the right nutritions that your body needs.

I prefer functional activity over a gym environment.
Give me blue sky, sun on my skin, salt in my hair or the wind in my face and I'm a happy happy girl.
Working out is elemental for me as having a healthy lifestyle that includes my eating habits. My body is a temple and I have to power to keep it healthy or not. I do not introduce any substance that will harm it.
Just living an active lifestyle. I like to hike and bike. In the winter I go snowshoeing. I'm not a real nutrition guy but I try to healthy foods. (I consider ice cream a healthy food) Would like to get into a yoga class as soon as the RONA ends.
Growing up iv played sports and found myself at the gym after school working out, Iv recently been going to Barre classes. Its amazing workout i think everyone should do. I also like running, hiking, doing yoga and eating healthy to stay in shape.
Yoga! in the past few months I have fallen in love with doing yoga from home. I am really looking forward to studios to reopen so I can get into hot yoga. I find it helps with keeping me zen and it is amazing for toning the body.
